RadixLab is a browser-based binary converter that translates whole numbers and UTF-8 text between binary, decimal, hexadecimal, and octal formats. It performs calculations locally in the user's browser with no data sent to servers. The tool supports up to 4,096 characters and provides exact results with visible calculation steps. It is useful for checking programming values, learning positional notation, or decoding byte sequences. Text input is handled as UTF-8 bytes, with ASCII as a one-byte subset. The converter displays results in all supported bases simultaneously for quick comparison.
