No. Settings and posture history stay on your Mac. The only data sent is anonymous crash reports. No account, analytics or tracking.
You can configure standing, sitting, perching and moving intervals. Drag the cycle ring or use sliders, turn postures on or off, and reorder them. Presets include Easy Start, Balanced and Posture Trio.
No. Standflow works fully offline after download. An internet connection is only needed to download from the App Store and optionally send crash reports.
Yes. Set a daily standing goal and view metrics for the last 7, 30 or 90 days including time per posture, goal days and posture mix. All data stays local.
